Staff was polite, everything was tidy. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus.
-
Close to a very frequent bus service, easy walk to restaurants etc and clean
-
Good locaiton, walk to the centre of Oxford and bars in walking distance + free parking
-
Useful base for 2 nights. We really enjoyed everything about it, its drinks and location. There was a busy bar on site. Moreover, we could use free Wi-Fi.
-
Ease of access. Great staff. Really good breakfast. A pleasant break.
No bath, but not a complaint.

Parklands is easy to find, has plenty of parking for residents and a very pleasant garden. It is ideally situated for the city of Oxford with frequent buses stopping nearby. Also it is just a short walk to Summertown where there are resyaurants, pub and shops. The hotel is smart and very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
Couldn't fault anything.
-
The hotel is within walking distance of Oxford city centre and parking is available making this an additional attraction; rooms were clean warm and spacious.
-
Pleasant walk to lovely St. Giles area of Oxford. Good breakfast
-
Friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast. Quiet location and little noise from adjacent rooms. Just a few minutes walk from the cntre of town and colleges.
-
Breakfast was of good quality and served quickly
Breakfast didnot start until 7.30 and I had an 8.15 start meeting
-
efficiency of staff, esp when dealing with our concerns. cleanliness of room. speed of service at breakfast.
-
The location meant you were able to walk into central Oxford (15-20 mins) and leave the car in the hotel car park meaning you didn't have to worry about transport or parking fees.
Not major faults whatsoever. Poor Wi Fi reception in some hotel areas. Becomes annoying when access is intermittent.

After reading other reviews I was expecting just a B&B but was pleasantly surprised when I could at least order a night-cap and one that was very reasonably priced! Thank you.
-
The day manager was friendly and helpful, and allowed me to leave the car in the carpark whilst I went into the centre - an essential amenity in Oxford. The breakfast was hot and freshly prepared, and served just before closing time of 9 am without any fuss. The level of cleanliness is very good, and the lounge space pleasant.
The room was a bit poky, with a small shower cubicle only in the bathroom. There was some intrusion of road noise.

The room (32) was better than others we had been in before. The lady at breakfast was very helpful as I was dashing to London on an early train & my husband dropped me at the station & came back for a full breakfast.
Despite above, I thought breakfast could have started at 7am & then my husband and I woud have eaten together.
